Santa Monica Beach Workout Highlights

Here are some of the routines that my group and I do at the beach workout with Tony Horton. These are not all of the workout, but just some of them. Overall, we do about 20 different routines that normally take about 2.5 hours to complete.

I fast forwarded some of the clips because the repetition could be very boring. And do not ask me why I chose Third Eye Blind as the background song… other that it’s one of my favourite songs 😉
