My P90X Hybrid Schedule for May

Wow, almost 4 weeks has passed and we’re nearing to Day 30 for the Summer Beach Body Challenge. Since the next week is the start of a new set routine, I am posting my hybrid routine for Phase 2, Round 11 of P90X.

As you can see from the picture below, I do not have any specific “Rest” day on a normal week. The plan is to have an easy stretching Yoga on every Friday, which is almost equivalent to P90X-Stretch, at least that is the plan at the moment. If needed, I might take Friday off as a rest day, and just double up on Saturday with Yoga and the scheduled workout.
