Announcing the 90 Day Halloween Challenge starting on 8/6 to 10/27, to prepare yourself for your Halloween costume!

If you’re like many people, you have probably done a few weeks of the Beachbody workouts but soon stopped because of one reason or another.  But let’s face it, usually it’s lost focus and a simple lack of commitment. A challenge might be just the focus you need! Imagine, celebrating this Halloween by proudly showing off your new Beach Body as a super hero, like Captain America, Thor, Green Lantern, 300 Spartan, and many more! Come on, it’ll be a fun way to stay focused and we can look forward to a healthy, hot summer body!

The challenge is simple:
1) Pick a 90 day Beach Body program and commit to the full 90 days. You can do a combo of variety workouts, with my consultation
2) Eat clean and healthy through out summer
3) Take your supplements like the P90X Recovery Drink, Whey Protein, Shakeology, Super Suma, etc
4) Most important of all – have an idea on what you want to be for Halloween. It will be great if I can get the challengers to pose with their costumes on Day 90 with their new body 🙂

  • This is exactly what I need! I had a baby over the last year as well as gall bladder surgery which has set my health and work out goals I had into chaos. Lately I’ve been frustrated and sad with the extra weight and tired from not eating so well. My daughter recently has been given a healthy and clean diet plan from her pediatrician to help with her ADHD and this has really motivated me to get started eating clean. I really need to get back in shape and I’m hoping the online encouragement will keep me going. I’m in the military reserves and I have to be able to pass a physical to stay in. So I have to give this a go. Please tell me what I need to do to sign up and I’m there! Thanks for your time.
