What 10 Rounds of P90X Can Do To You! See My Results!

If you have been following my blog, you know that I got sick during the cruise and lost about 8 lbs. 12 days later, I managed to gain some mass, but not that much.

Stats of today – 156 lbs at 4.4% bodyfat (measured with Omron bodyfat tester). The main difference that I see on this round is that my arms grew by 1/8″. Of course this does not seem a lot, but I my arms have not grown for the past a year, so even the tiniest inch matters to me.
