  darrendee:Things are going well however I think im going to have to modify the program a bit to work with my muay thai traning as well.Any ideas? I was thinking of skipping plyometrics and kenpox .However probably going to keep yoga since it really benefits me in the flexibility apartment.How often do you do muay thai?
