Handstand & Muscle Up at Santa Monica Beach

Not a bad day today at the beach workout as I learned a new way to perform handstand. I’ve been practicing handstand religiously the past 6 months or so, and only the past few weeks that I could hold a real handstand, by jumping to a handstand position. But today, I did a controlled straight -leg start.

And also, I recorded my performance on muscle ups on rings. I did not performed as good as last week since today was a bit chilly and I was just less motivated to workout since I did not have the guys like Tony Horton, Sean Callahan and the top dogs to push me. But 7.5 reps is better than nothing 😉
