Just a few years ago, I would have answered yes to all of these questions. I was 20 years old, 5’9” tall, and weighed 105 lbs… and a freshman in college, majoring in Electrical Engineering. Let’s face it; no man wants a body of a 13 year-old boy. And yet this was my reality. However, with hard work and determination, I was able to transform my body into something I was proud of. In turn, I also changed the entire course of my life.
